Duck Detective: The Secret Salami

Duck Detective: The Secret Salami launched on May 23, 2024 as a self-contained short mystery adventure. The only DLC ever listed is the soundtrack, which released alongside the game on launch day. The developer has not announced any story DLC or additional case content for this game. Post-launch, Happy Broccoli Games has continued to support the game with quality-of-life improvements and localization updates. German language support and Steam Workshop for community translations were added on September 22, 2024. On May 22, 2025, alongside the launch of the standalone sequel Duck Detective: The Ghost of Glamping, the developer released a polish update for The Secret Salami improving clue UI, performance, video playback, and fixing save issues. Most recently, on September 21, 2025, official Simplified Chinese and Korean translations were added. All post-launch activity has been localization and polish work — no new story content has been added or announced for this title. The developer's creative energy has moved into the sequel (The Ghost of Glamping), which launched as a separate standalone product in May 2025. The Secret Salami was described from the start as "a short but twisty detective case," consistent with a game designed as a complete, self-contained experience. The most recent update on September 21, 2025 added the final planned language localizations, representing the last known development work on this title.
