DYO launched on February 13, 2018 as a 30-level local co-op puzzle platformer. Shortly after launch, the developer shipped a Collector's Edition DLC on June 6, 2018 (containing the soundtrack, artwork, and a prototype build) and launched DYOLAB — a free level editor and Steam Workshop tool — in open beta on March 6, 2018. These represent the full scope of post-launch additions the team had planned.
On June 24, 2019, the developer announced that the game would become permanently free, and on July 16, 2019, that change went live. This announcement was framed as a closing chapter — a thank-you to supporters — rather than a lead-in to new content. There have been no developer communications, patches, or content releases of any kind since July 2019.
The game's store description still references "30 levels... and more to come," but this appears to be legacy copy from the original 2018 launch that was never updated. The developer's actual communications tell a different story: the move to free-to-play in 2019 was the final act for this title, and no new content has followed in the nearly seven years since. The one DLC that exists has been released. The game is complete.

About this game
DYO is an award-winning local co-op puzzle platformer for one or two players in which you navigate two Minotaurs through a seemingly impassable maze and solve mind-bending puzzles. Each Minotaur is trapped in their half of the split screen – but only in a combined effort can they escape the cursed labyrinth.
In this impossible maze, you can merge both halves of the split screen into one and thus hop from one side of the screen over to the other. Use this ability to your advantage! It’s up to you to rearrange and manipulate the level structures of 30 carefully crafted levels in order to carve out a path to the exit. Many have tried to figure out the numerous mind-boggling challenges hidden in the depths of this cursed labyrinth. Will you be the first to solve them?
