Esse Proxy launched on July 11, 2022 as a 3D cyberpunk shooter. Shortly after launch, the developer shipped a single major free content update on December 22, 2022 (Version 2.0.0), which added 7 new story mode levels, 3 new songs, difficulty settings, and various bug fixes. That update represents the only major content release post-launch. Since December 22, 2022, there have been no further major content releases, no announcements of upcoming content, and no developer communications indicating plans for additional updates. There are no unreleased DLC listings on the store. The developer has not published a roadmap or stated intent to continue adding content. With only one post-launch content drop and no activity since late 2022, the game appears to have reached its completed state with the Version 2.0.0 update.
