Evaluation
eXceed 3rd - Jade Penetrate Black Package was originally published by Nyu Media, which announced its closure in June 2022. At that time, publishing of the eXceed titles was intended to transfer to the original developer, Upgrade. However, in a December 22, 2022 post, Nyu Media announced that the eXceed series would be delisted from Steam on January 6, 2023, because the developer had dropped out of contact and could not take over publishing duties. The game is no longer purchasable on Steam, which confirms it was delisted as announced. There is no indication that the game has been re-listed or that a new publisher has taken over.
