Evaluation

Fireboy & Watergirl: Fairy Tales launched on November 1, 2021 as a self-contained platformer with 30 levels. The store description makes no mention of planned expansions, additional content, or any ongoing development. The only developer communication after launch was a single bug fix on November 26, 2021 addressing an achievement. There has been no developer activity of any kind since that date. The game shows every indication of having shipped as a complete, finished product with no post-launch content cycle planned or delivered.
