Evaluation
Haunt the House: Terrortown launched on June 6, 2014 and received a series of free content expansions over the following 18 months. SFB Games added three new levels post-launch: "Haunt the Holidays" (December 10, 2014), "Mansion House" (August 28, 2015), and "Ghost Train: Railroad Carnival" (October 22, 2015). The store description explicitly calls these out as "three free expansions added since launch," and also references "The North Pole" as a fourth expansion. The last developer communication was the soundtrack DLC release on December 7, 2015 — over a decade ago as of today. No further content has been announced, no unreleased DLC exists, and the developer has posted nothing since December 2015. The store description's phrasing ("Three free expansions added since launch") reads as a retrospective summary rather than a promise of more to come. The game launched as a finished product and was then expanded; all expansions have shipped, and the content cycle has clearly concluded. The soundtrack DLC on December 7, 2015 represents the last content delivered, making that the effective completion date.
Evidence
Ghost Train: Railroad Carnival free level released, noted as making the game 'over twice as large as it was when we launched.' Third post-launch expansion.
Mansion House free level released, ported from the original 2010 Flash game. Second post-launch expansion.
