Hentai IQ Puzzle launched on September 8, 2018 as a self-contained puzzle game featuring 20 pictures and 50 achievements. The developer released a small DLC pack (Puzzle Pack: 5 IQ) shortly after launch on September 27, 2018, and then an Art Book on May 24, 2019 — the last piece of content released for this game. Both DLC items have shipped and no further DLC is listed on the store. The developer's news posts since 2019 have been announcements and releases of entirely separate games under the AFBIK Studio banner (Hentai Killer, Hentai Climber, Hentai Killer: Girls & Chess), with no communication about additional content for Hentai IQ Puzzle itself. The last developer post of any kind was on June 4, 2021, and it concerned a different title. The store description describes a fixed set of content (20 pictures, 50 achievements) with no mention of future updates or expansions.
