Hextech Mayhem: A League of Legends Story launched on November 16, 2021 as a complete rhythm runner. The developers followed up with a handful of post-launch patches through late November 2021, addressing control rebinding and bug fixes. On June 14, 2022, the game received its only major content release: three BOOMBOX DLC packs adding new music tracks and alternate Ziggs skins. A companion patch (v1.7) shipped the same day, and on June 30, 2022, a final patch (v1.7.1) added official Steam Deck support. All three DLC packs are released with no unreleased items remaining on the store. There have been no developer communications of any kind since June 30, 2022 — nearly four years of silence. No future content, roadmap, or sequel has been announced. The game launched as a finite, complete product and has been treated as such by its developers since the mid-2022 DLC wave.
