Horizon Chase Turbo is no longer available for purchase on Steam — there are no active purchase options on the store page. The game's development arc is well-documented: it launched in May 2018, received several paid and free DLC expansions over the following years (Summer Vibes in September 2019, Rookie Series in December 2019, the Senna Forever expansion in October 2021, and the Adventures game mode update in August 2022), and a final bug fix patch in November 2022. On March 31, 2023, the developer published a clear closing statement explaining that all remaining resources had been redirected to Horizon Chase 2 and that the March 2023 patch was the game's final update. The developer explicitly described this as "a finish line" for Horizon Chase Turbo, removed online leaderboards to reduce maintenance overhead, and committed only to fixing critical bugs if they arose — not to any further content. The game has since been removed from sale. This is a cleanly concluded product whose developer has publicly and transparently communicated the end of its lifecycle.
