House of Rules launched in Early Access on September 10, 2021, and the developer delivered on all of their stated plans. On November 15, 2021, they shipped the full version (v2.0.0) containing every feature they had promised — 40 Steam achievements, a hidden unlock item, and a post-credits scene. The game then officially moved out of Early Access on December 17, 2021, with the v2.0.2 build, marking its full 1.0 release. Following that, the developer shipped a series of quality-of-life and bug-fix patches through August 25, 2022 (the last recorded update), refining puzzle difficulty and dialogue throughout. The store description and streaming guide distinguish clearly between the Early Access version (v1.x.x) and the full version (v2.x.x), confirming the game is a complete package. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced future content, and no seasonal or ongoing service components. The game shipped as a self-contained horror puzzle experience with 20 collectible endings and 40 achievements. All planned content has been delivered and no further updates have been communicated since August 2022.
