I Am Your Beast

I Am Your Beast launched on September 10, 2024 as a focused FPS with a 20+ level story campaign. Strange Scaffold supported the game post-launch with feature patches and quality-of-life updates, then shipped a substantial Story Expansion on November 22, 2024 adding a new epilogue with nine levels and ten cutscenes. That post noted the developer was "looking forward to more support in 2025." That 2025 support materialized as "Cold Sweat," which shipped on January 23, 2025. In that same post, Strange Scaffold stated explicitly: "Our final content update, Cold Sweat, is out now!" — a clear, direct declaration that content development for the game has concluded. The sole DLC on the store, "I AM YOUR BEATS" (a music/soundtrack release), shipped on January 24, 2025, the day after Cold Sweat. Since then, Strange Scaffold has moved on to new projects: TMNT: Tactical Takedown (March 2025), Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Mansion 3 (April 2025), Space Warlord Baby Trading Simulator (January 2026), and Truck-kun is Supporting Me from Another World? (July 2026). A July 16, 2026 post highlighted I Am Your Beast's appearance at Summer Games Done Quick 2026, noting that "interesting news" was teased during the speedrun, but this appears to be community engagement rather than a content announcement — no specific new content for the game has been announced as of the current date. The game is complete. All announced content has shipped, and the developer has explicitly stated that Cold Sweat was the final update.
