Evaluation
Impossible Creatures Steam Edition is a modernized re-release of a classic 2003 RTS game, launched on Steam on November 11, 2015. The Steam Edition included all previously released content — the Insect Invasion expansion, the Mod SDK, and all patches — bundled into a single complete package at launch. Following release, the developer issued two patches: a bug fix on November 18, 2015, and a final feature patch on March 30, 2016 that added Steam Workshop support. That March 2016 patch is the last recorded developer activity. No further updates, announcements, or content have been communicated since that date, and there is no unreleased DLC or announced future content. The game launched as a finished, self-contained product and has received no post-launch content additions beyond maintenance patches.
