Incubus

Incubus launched on July 19, 2023 after an extensive pre-launch development and rework period. Following its release, the developer (HimitsuCP) shipped several post-launch updates: a bug fix patch on July 20, 2023, a feature update on August 3, 2023 adding new locations and story branches, and another feature update on August 28, 2023 introducing a costume system. The developer noted at the time that "various costumes will be updated in the future," suggesting openness to further additions. However, no further content updates followed — only a Chinese translation improvement patch on December 11, 2024, which represents the last known communication from the developer. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced future content, no roadmap, and no developer statements pointing to upcoming updates. The December 2023 announcement from HimitsuCP was a promotion for an entirely separate game ("Inari"), not additional content for Incubus. The post-launch update activity tapered off by late 2023, with only a single translation maintenance patch appearing in late 2024. The game appears to have shipped as a complete product, with its post-launch patch activity now concluded.
