Keep Her Safe

Keep Her Safe entered Steam Early Access on August 19, 2026, after more than two years of development and testing under its previous name, Chicken Force. The game received a major overhaul in June 2026 — including a full rebrand, a new tower defense mode, a mercenary system, and a redesigned world map — before launching into Early Access. Shortly before the Early Access launch, on August 14, 2026, the developer outlined a clear roadmap of content still in development: new exploration zones (Snowy Ruins and Secret Chambers), 5 new bosses, new weapon and gear affixes with an Affix Extraction feature, expanded base-building structures, improved mercenary personalities and behavior, and two new co-op multiplayer modes. These are not vague promises — they are named, described features the developer has explicitly committed to building. Since launch, the studio has been actively patching the game, shipping two feature updates (August 20 and August 22, 2026) with new items, gameplay systems, and quality-of-life improvements. Developer communication has been frequent and consistent throughout 2026, indicating an engaged and active team.
