keyg: the last prison

keyg: the last prison launched on December 13, 2018. After launch, the developer shipped a Version 1.1 patch on March 4, 2019 with bug fixes, level corrections, and one new level. On May 30, 2023, the developer released 20 new extra puzzles as a free update, describing it with language that reads like a fond send-off ("I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all those who have been part of this incredible journey throughout the years"). The most recent developer communication is a Korean translation added on October 6, 2024 — a community-driven localization contribution rather than new content. Across the game's history, there has been only one minor content drop (the 20 extra puzzles in May 2023), no announced future content, no unreleased DLC, and the developer has not established a sustained cadence of major content releases. The game appears to have been released as a largely self-contained product and there is no indication of further content being planned.
