Evaluation
Lake Ridden launched on May 10, 2018 as a complete, self-contained story-driven puzzle game. The developer released a series of patches in the weeks following launch to address bugs and add quality-of-life features like controller support, with the last of these early patches arriving in October 2018. The most recent developer communication was a maintenance update on March 16, 2021 that upgraded the game engine and improved performance. No new story content, expansions, or DLC beyond the soundtrack (released alongside the game at launch) has ever been announced or released. The developer has made no statements about future content, and there are no unreleased DLC items on the store. The game launched as a finished narrative experience and has remained so — the post-launch updates were all maintenance and polish, not new content. The last developer communication was on March 16, 2021, with no activity since.
Evidence
The only DLC is the game's original soundtrack, released on launch day. No additional content DLC was ever listed.
Engine update to Unity 1.7.1852 with performance improvements and quality-of-life fixes. Last developer communication on record.

About this game
Lake Ridden is a story-driven, first-person puzzle game! A cozy supernatural adventure where you unravel a mysterious past, trying to find your sister. Luckily, you are not alone....
You are Marie, a 13-year-old girl and the year is 1988. The warm summer is giving way to the first signs of autumn. Reluctantly, you join your younger sister and her friends for one last camping weekend in the wilderness of Maine. It was going just great, but the second night by the sizzling campfire, an argument with your sister ended with her running off into the forest. While searching for her, you stumble upon an old forgotten estate.
To solve the mystery, and ultimately find your sister, you must investigate for clues, solve tricky puzzles and communicate with former residents!
Created by former Minecraft and Paradox developers. Lake Ridden is not a horror game, nor a walking simulator.
