Laundromat Simulator

Laundromat Simulator launched on October 28, 2024. On that same day, the developer published a post outlining a substantial list of planned improvements and future content, including additional store locations beyond the Tokyo starting map, a London location (described as imminent), an expanded world map with remote location management, new gameplay mechanics, and a new time-progression system to replace the skip-time function. The London location and store customization shipped quickly, on November 3, 2024 (version 1.1.0), followed by two further patches on November 9 and November 30, 2024 adding quality-of-life improvements. This gave the game an active update cadence in its first month post-launch. However, the developer's last communication of any kind was the November 30, 2024 patch. As of June 19, 2026, no further updates, announcements, or developer statements have been posted — a silence of over 18 months. Several features explicitly promised at launch remain undelivered: locations beyond London, the expanded world map, remote location management, and the revised time-progression system. The developer has not announced that development is complete or that those plans have been dropped. This combination of outstanding commitments and extended silence creates genuine uncertainty about whether the remaining content will ever ship.
