LAZ3RZ

LAZ3RZ is a free-to-play Early Access arena shooter that launched on August 24, 2022. The developer shipped two major content updates during its Early Access period: a matchmaking and DLC update on December 12, 2022, and the final content update (V05) on March 22, 2024. In the March 22, 2024 post titled "Update V05 - The End," the developer explicitly stated: "Yes absolutely. The last update for this game." However, they also invited players to join their Discord to be "one of the first when the game relaunches," suggesting the current version of the game is being wound down in favor of a future reimagining rather than a clean completion. No relaunch has been announced on the store or in any news post since that date. The store description currently reads "Development in progress and destination uncertain," which adds to the ambiguity — the game has not received a 1.0 release, has not been delisted, and no formal conclusion or relaunch has been publicly communicated as of June 21, 2026. The game is effectively in a state of suspended development: the developer has stopped updating the current version but has not formally closed it out or graduated it to a finished release.
