Legacy of Defense - Prologue

Legacy of Defense - Prologue launched as a free-to-play game on August 4, 2024, and received three major content drops post-launch: a new third stage and the Mastery System on September 3, 2024; a new stage, new character, and new skills on February 7, 2025; and Endless Mode plus Speed-Up Mode on June 19, 2025. This established a cadence of roughly every 3–6 months between major releases. The last developer communication of any kind was a performance optimization patch on July 28, 2025. As of today (September 24, 2026), approximately 14 months have passed since that final post — well beyond the 6-month outer boundary of the established update cadence. No new content, roadmap, announcement, or developer statement has appeared since July 28, 2025. The developer has not announced any additional content, nor have they declared the game complete. However, with silence now substantially exceeding the historical cadence, the sustained update pattern can no longer be considered active. The game has no unreleased DLC on the store and no outstanding developer commitments. At this point, the prologue appears to have concluded its content cycle, consistent with its role as a free introductory version of the full Legacy of Defense game. The full game was actively wishlisted as of December 2024, suggesting the developer's focus has likely shifted there.
