Evaluation
Lumberjack's Dynasty left Early Access and fully launched on February 25, 2021. Following launch, the developer shipped several feature updates through mid-2021 (new vehicles, character options, recipes, sports events) and a bug fix update as recently as May 10, 2023. The only DLC ever released was a Digital Supporter Pack, which shipped on launch day — no additional DLC has been announced or listed as unreleased.
Since the May 10, 2023 update, there has been no further developer communication about Lumberjack's Dynasty itself. The two most recent news posts (March 2025 and April 2026) are focused entirely on the broader "Dynasty" franchise and the upcoming Farmer's Dynasty 2 — neither announces new content for Lumberjack's Dynasty. The April 2026 post notably offers existing Lumberjack's Dynasty owners a discount on Farmer's Dynasty 2, which suggests the developer views that title as the next chapter for this audience rather than continuing to develop this game.
There are no announced future updates, no unreleased DLC, no roadmap, and no developer statement indicating ongoing development plans for Lumberjack's Dynasty. The game appears to have reached its final state with the May 2023 maintenance update.

About this game
A unique life simulation where you are a lumberjack building up a business and founding a lasting dynasty for generations to come.
Lumberjack's Dynasty is a mix of forestry, logging, business- and life-simulation with role playing elements. You start at a run-down logging camp which you slowly take over from your aunt and uncle as you restore it to its former glory. Along with cutting timber and hauling it to the mill for further production, you will enjoy various quests that will help you improve not only your business, but your character’s skills.
Choose your playstyle: quickly become a straightforward and professional lumberjack by purchasing, cutting and converting large forests into products, or explore the full depth of the game and experience the vast range of activities from repairing and renovating your buildings and vehicles, fishing, harvesting honey, and growing vegetables. As you build your business, you can socialize with locals, find love and start your own family.
Lots of fun (and hard work) is waiting for you as you build a successful Lumberjack’s Dynasty.
