Lumines Remastered launched on June 26, 2018 as a remaster of the classic puzzle game, shipping with over 40 skins, local and online modes, and a Digital Deluxe DLC bundle (cosmetics, wallpapers, and a soundtrack sampler). Two small patches followed in July 2018 — one fixing bugs and one adding a colorblind-friendly option — and that was the extent of post-launch development work on the game itself. The developer's more recent news posts on this store page (from 2025) are cross-promotional announcements for a new, separate game called Lumines Arise, which launched on November 11, 2025. These posts were directed at Lumines Remastered players to inform them about the new title, not to announce new content for Remastered itself. Lumines Remastered shipped as a complete, self-contained product. All DLC has been released, no further content has ever been announced for it, and no post-launch update cadence was established beyond the two launch-window bug fix patches. The game is complete as originally delivered.
