MarisaLand Legacy launched on November 1, 2018. Following release, the developer issued a bug fix patch on November 6, 2018 addressing translation and achievement issues, then shipped a version 1.30 update on December 26, 2018 which added the Hard difficulty stages and associated achievements. The store description confirms the game ships with 64 stages total (32 Normal + 32 Hard), matching what was delivered in that December update. There have been no developer communications of any kind since December 26, 2018, no announced future content, no unreleased DLC on the store, and no indication that further updates were ever planned. The game appears to have launched as a complete, self-contained product and reached its finished state with the December 2018 update.
