Million Depth launched on November 11, 2025. Since release, the developer and publisher PLAYISM have maintained an active update cadence. Multiple feature-bearing patches shipped in the weeks following launch (versions 1.02.00 on November 20, 1.05.00 on November 27, 1.06.01 on December 3, and 1.08.00 on December 18, 2025), each carrying balance adjustments and gameplay improvements alongside bug fixes.
The most significant post-launch development was the Ver. 2.0 major update on March 23, 2026, which introduced an entirely new Dimension Over Mode (a high-difficulty mode for players who have completed the true ending), new status-up tiles for weapon crafting, and full speedrun support with a run timer and record log. This represents a meaningful content addition beyond the original release package.
A follow-up feature patch (ver. 2.1.0) shipped on April 4, 2026, and bug fix patches have continued through at least June 5, 2026 — the most recent developer communication on record. Moma sets off on a journey in search of her friend, who she believes is in the million-floors-deep underground world of Million Depth. However, what awaits is a constantly changing world. The true story behind Million Depth differs between timelines, and Moma's fate too changes with the world around her.
Moma's past decisions have consequences that ripple into the future and even other timelines in unimaginable ways. She will have to piece together fragmented clues from her journey to solve the many mysteries she comes across.
However, Moma's weapons and shields only have limited durability. During battle, they deteriorate and eventually break. Until they're repaired, Moma becomes completely defenseless, but this is when the biotope jammer comes in clutch. Freeze time, carefully plan your next move, and ensure Moma's survival.
Some blocks can be upgraded by being placed with others of the same type. Use them wisely to craft any weapon, from long-range guns to sturdy shields.
Ultimately, your creativity is what will give you the upper hand.

Barter with the shopkeepers while keeping a keen eye on the value of your offer and the shopkeepers' mood to get the best deal possible.
