Evaluation
Moebius: Empire Rising launched on April 15, 2014 as a complete, self-contained point-and-click adventure game. Post-launch activity consisted entirely of bug fixes, performance improvements, and platform support work — most notably a Unity 4 engine upgrade in January 2015 and a Linux port released on May 16, 2016. The Linux release also added French and Polish language support and fixed several achievement bugs, representing the most substantial post-launch update. The only DLC ever listed is the game's soundtrack, which was released prior to the game itself (March 27, 2014). There are no unreleased DLC entries, no roadmaps, no announcements of future content, and no developer statements indicating plans for additional story content or expansions. Developer communication stopped after May 16, 2016. The game appears to have shipped as a finished narrative product, with post-launch work limited to maintenance and platform expansion. There is nothing outstanding or undelivered.
Evidence
Linux version released alongside bug fixes, new language support (French and Polish), and achievement corrections. This appears to be the final substantial update to the game.
The only DLC is the game's soundtrack, released before the game itself. No story DLC or expansions were ever listed.

About this game
This thrilling new adventure game from master storyteller Jane Jensen (Gabriel Knight, Gray Matter) and Phoenix Online Studios (Cognition, The Silver Lining) introduces Malachi Rector, an expert in antiquities whose photographic memory and eye for detail transform people and clues into interactive puzzles.
When a secretive government agency enlists him to determine whether a murdered woman in Venice resembles any particular historical figure, Malachi is left with only questions. Why would the U.S. government hire him -- a dealer of high-end antiques -- to look into a foreign murder? Why does David Walker, a former Special Forces operative he meets in his travels, feel like someone Malachi’s known all his life? And how come every time Malachi lets his guard down, someone tries to kill him?
Moebius: Empire Rising is a contemporary adventure that merges classic point-and-click puzzle solving with Jane Jensen’s sophisticated storytelling. Travel the world using Malachi’s unique deductive powers to analyze suspects, make historical connections, and uncover the truth behind a theory of space and time the government will defend at any cost.
