Mortal Glory launched on January 29, 2020 and received one paid DLC — Fresh Blood — on September 14, 2020, which added a new game mode, five new races, bows, and 40+ skills. The developer continued to patch the base game, with version 1.8 (September 5, 2022) adding two new challenge modes. That patch was tied to the release of a separate game (Chambers of Devious Design) and represents the last substantive update to Mortal Glory itself.
Shortly after, in November 2022, the developer announced they had begun work on Mortal Glory 2. That sequel launched on March 4, 2024, received its own DLC (Reign of Tyrants) on August 7, 2024, and the developer has since announced yet another new game — Roguebound Pirates — on December 7, 2024. The developer's attention has fully shifted to new projects.
All DLC for Mortal Glory has been released. The developer has made no announcements of additional content for the original game, and communication about it effectively ceased after the September 2022 patch. Mortal Glory launched as a complete game and received its full post-launch content cycle — one DLC and a series of patches — before the developer moved on. The game is content-complete.

- Recruit gladiators - Not everyone is made equal. Each race will come with its different strengths and weaknesses. Likewise, each individual will have a unique set of attributes. Can you form a team that has a shot at the trophy?
- Tactical turn-based combat - Position your units in battle for maximum benefit and launch a devastating assault at the decisive moment. Each fight will provide unique opportunities to exploit.
