MotoGP™13 launched on Steam on June 20, 2013. Following launch, Milestone released two DLC packs: the Red Bull Rookies Cup (September 23, 2013) and the MotoGP Champions pack (November 6, 2013). Both DLC were confirmed as fully available in an October 23, 2014 post explicitly stating "The full set of MotoGP™13 DLC is now available on Steam." Both DLC entries in the store listing are marked as released, with no unreleased content remaining. The developer has not posted any updates since October 2014, and there have been no announcements of additional content at any point. This is a licensed annual sports title — the 2013 edition — which by its nature was always intended as a complete, fixed snapshot of the 2013 MotoGP season. All planned content has shipped, and the game has been in a stable, finished state for over a decade.
