My Ex-Future Family Season 2

My Ex-Future Family Season 2 launched on August 28, 2025 as a complete visual novel with 10+ hours of gameplay. Shortly after launch, the developer continued adding content: a major DLC called "Twists of Fate" shipped on February 27, 2026, adding over 3 hours of new story content with four new characters. All six listed DLC items are now released. However, the developer has been actively communicating that the story continues. On January 15, 2026, the developer announced the start of Season 3 development ("My Ex-Future Family 3: Endgame"), explicitly describing it as the "final season" that will resolve all character storylines. By July 23, 2026, work was well underway on Season 3's fourth episode. On August 27, 2026, Episode 5 of Season 3 was completed. The developer's most recent update on September 3, 2026 confirmed three full episodes of Season 3 were built over the summer, with the game progressing toward its Steam release. Additionally, the September 3 post mentions a planned bonus update for the "Twists of Fate" DLC (reworking two scenes) that was not yet released at the time of writing. While Season 3 will be a separate Steam product, it is a direct narrative continuation of this game's story arc, and the developer has clearly communicated that the overall series is still in active development with more content to come for players following this storyline.
