No Mercy 🔞

No Mercy launched on March 22, 2025 as a 3D adult visual novel. In the days immediately following launch, the developer was highly active, releasing a rapid series of bug-fix and feature patches (v1.01 through v1.03) and publishing a detailed roadmap for Patch 1.1, which was scheduled for late April to early May 2025. That roadmap described expanded endings, a new spendable in-game currency mechanic, alternative scenes for missed content, and the promise of a third narrative route in a future patch. A follow-up post on April 3, 2025 confirmed two new scenes were already completed for Patch 1.1, with further content flagged for Patch 1.2. However, the game is no longer available for purchase on Steam — there are no purchase options listed. Regardless of the developer's active plans at the time of their last communications, the game cannot currently be acquired through the store. This is the sole determining factor for the delisted status, and it overrides all other content signals.
