Evaluation
Nobunaga's Ambition: Souzou launched on August 27, 2014 with 7 scenario DLCs and additional character content packs released on that same day. A major Power Up Kit expansion followed on July 22, 2015, bringing new scenarios and face CG sets with it. All 17 DLC items listed on the store have been released, with the most recent being those July 22, 2015 additions. Developer communications after launch consist entirely of bug fix patches, the last of which was posted on October 6, 2016. There have been no developer posts of any kind since October 6, 2016, no announcements of future content, no unreleased DLC, and no roadmap or promise of additional updates. The game launched as a finished historical simulation title and received its full complement of post-launch content through mid-2015, followed by maintenance patches through 2016. Development activity has been dormant since then.
Evidence
Power Up Kit expansion released, the last major post-launch content addition to the game
Final developer communication: a bug fix patch (v1.0.0.4) for a Windows 10 compatibility issue. No new content mentioned.
