Octave is a point-and-click horror-adventure game that launched on Steam on October 18, 2016. The developer released an Android version on Google Play in February 2017. Beyond these platform releases and the addition of Steam trading cards in October 2016, there has been no post-launch content activity — no patches, expansions, DLC, or developer communications of any kind since February 2017. The store description describes a self-contained narrative experience with a defined beginning and end. No DLC has ever been listed, no roadmap was published, and the developer has never indicated plans for additional content. The game launched as a complete, finished product and has remained unchanged since its early platform availability period.

Octave is a point 'n click horror-adventure game with elements of action and quest.
You play the role of a guy who happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. You are dragged into a dark forest, but on the verge of death, you are mysteriously saved from your killer by a someone or something.
As you venture deeper into the woods you find yourself surrounded by atrocity. You realise that salvation can turn out to be a real nightmare. All the way through fear you seek out the mysteries of the dark forest.
The struggle for life has only just begun!
