Otaku's Rage: Waifu Strikes Back released on February 23, 2021. The only DLC, "New Scenes Patch," was released on the same day as the base game. The day after launch (February 24, 2021), the developer posted a bug fix note and mentioned they were preparing a free DLC featuring a new scene with the main character's sister — however, that content was subsequently delivered: the "New Scenes Patch" DLC is listed as released on the launch date itself, which almost certainly corresponds to this promise. There are no unreleased DLC entries on the store.
The developer's more recent communications (August 2022 and March 2025) are announcements for entirely separate games — "My Devil's Voice" and "Sekira" — not new content for this game. The last communication directly relevant to Otaku's Rage was the February 24, 2021 bug fix post. No post-launch content updates, roadmaps, or future plans for this game have been communicated since then. The game was released as a self-contained visual story and shows no signs of ongoing content development.
