Other Worlds India

Other Worlds India launched on January 20, 2017 as a finished metroidvania-style platformer. Following launch, the developer shipped a series of patches through 2017 adding new weapons, achievements, visual effects, and balance changes, followed by periodic engine and compatibility updates in 2019 and a final engine upgrade on February 17, 2020 (version 1.1.7). That February 2020 update — which upgraded the engine, improved rendering, and replaced some weapon effects — is the last recorded developer communication. No content has shipped since, and more than six years have passed with no posts, roadmap, or announcements of any kind. There are no unreleased DLC entries on the store, no season pass, and no developer statements indicating future content is planned. The game launched as a self-contained product, and the developer's post-launch activity consisted of maintenance and polish rather than a sustained major content cadence. The game is complete as of February 17, 2020.
