Particula launched on February 2, 2015 as a complete tower defense game. The only post-launch developer communication was a minor patch (Update 1.0.1) on February 3, 2015 — the day after launch — which added small quality-of-life improvements to multiplayer. There has been no developer communication of any kind since then. The game has one piece of DLC, a soundtrack released on February 19, 2018, which has already shipped. No future content has ever been announced, no roadmap was published, and the store description contains no indication of planned updates or ongoing development. With no post-launch content pattern, no outstanding commitments, and over a decade of developer silence, this game launched and was supported as a finished product.
