Patch Quest launched out of Early Access on March 2, 2023 after a substantial development period that included five major content updates during its Early Access phase (May 2021 through March 2023). Those updates — the Power Surge Update (June 2021), the Jurassic Update (September 2021), the Undersea Update (March 2022), and the Labyrinth Update (October 2022) — steadily expanded the game's zones, monsters, and systems. The game reached its full 1.0 release on March 2, 2023, which included 10 new boss battles, new shortcuts, and a proper story ending.
Following the 1.0 launch, the developer shipped one more meaningful update: the Dungeon Crawler Update on July 13, 2023, which added a full Challenge Mode with over 20 randomized dungeons, a custom challenge editor, and an overhaul of monster passive skills. This was the last major content release. There have been no developer communications, announcements, or content updates since July 13, 2023. The only DLC in the store listing is the Original Soundtrack, which was released on March 23, 2023. There is no unreleased DLC, no announced roadmap, and no developer statements indicating future content is planned.
Given the solo developer's history of steady, substantial updates throughout Early Access followed by silence after the post-launch Dungeon Crawler Update, and with no outstanding commitments visible anywhere, the game appears to have reached its complete, finished state as of July 13, 2023.

Patchlantis, once an ancient civilisation has now been fully reclaimed by nature. Fierce monsters, rugged terrain and booby-trapped ruins are all a fact of life, here. Even the island's patchwork terrain will get shuffled each night by a powerful storm!
When defeated on a run, you’re sent right back to base camp. And while there’s many shortcuts to unlock and countless powerups to earn, there’s still no escaping the facts – you’ll have to get good!
This island is crawling with dangerous monsters. They might look friendly, but behind those adorable googly eyes you’ll find the soul of a vicious predator! Fortunately, you came prepared with your monster-taming Lasso.
You can mount every monster in the game to claim their skills as your own. There’s more than 50 monster species and all of them have a unique set of skills!
