Evaluation
Pixel Survivors launched its version 1.0 on May 5, 2016, after an extended Early Access period that began around 2014. Following the full release, the developer shipped two more feature updates: version 1.19 on October 4, 2016, and version 1.20 on October 8, 2016, which added pirate raids, a multiple save system, and a grave decay mechanic. That October 8, 2016 update appears to be the last development activity on this game.
The developer (Patagoniart) subsequently moved on to a different project — a VR physics puzzle game called Giant Life — which officially released on June 7, 2019. No news posts, patches, announcements, or any other communications regarding Pixel Survivors have appeared since October 2016. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no roadmap commitments, and no developer statements about future Pixel Survivors content. The game shipped as a self-contained experience and received its final polish updates shortly after launch. As of June 18, 2026, the game has been content-complete for nearly a decade.

Pixel Survivors is a real time strategy - management game.
Create some land and help your initial villagers to survive during the first period of time.
Build houses for hosting your citizens, create chicken pens and farms to feed them.
Elevate forges and tailors to keep the population well dressed and with the necessary tools for working.
Contruct mines and foresting towers to get new resources once the surface has been wiped.
Improve the efficiency of your work by adding windmills and sawmills.
Once you've got a stable village, all you can do is expand your village and try to get a bigger population stable.
Have fun, and see how far you can get your village to grow!
