Evaluation

Pizza Deathlivery launched on October 23, 2025, and Kusa Games has maintained an active and consistent post-launch development pace. Three major content updates have shipped since release: the v1.0 launch itself, the Smuggler Update on December 18, 2025 (adding a new store, monsters, areas, and items), and the Save System update on March 27, 2026 (adding a full save system and an Easter event). In between, the studio has posted numerous feature patches and bug fixes, keeping the game polished and expanding it steadily. On February 2, 2026, the developer explicitly stated they are continuing to update Pizza Deathlivery while simultaneously developing a new project. That new project — Split Brain Samsara — was revealed on May 12, 2026 and had a playable demo out by May 28, 2026. Importantly, the developer has been clear that both efforts are running in parallel, not that Pizza Deathlivery is being wound down in favor of the new game. The most recent update to Pizza Deathlivery was a feature patch on June 3, 2026, which removed the Easter event and added a new accessibility option. This places the last developer communication at June 3, 2026 — just two weeks before today — and the established cadence of major updates (roughly every 3–4 months) suggests another major release would not be expected before late summer or fall 2026. The studio is clearly still engaged with the game.

About this game

"Help won't arrive right away, and people are hungry. Let's deliver pizzas"

Your Boss

In Pizza Deathlivery, an opaque mist has descended over the city for several days, and monsters have begun to emerge. Those still alive are running out of food...and you're their last hope.

Your mission?

Pick up a pizza, deliver it and take the money back to the pizzeria!

Each new day begins with a quantity of pizza to be delivered. Once you've opened the door to the pizzeria, you must deliver all the pizzas before midnight. If you don't reach your quota, the boss won't be happy...

The challenge?

Finding your way around and avoiding the monsters!

Each new run generates a randomized city, so you have to find your way around despite the fog that prevents you from seeing more than few meters away, and watch out for the creatures that swarm the streets.

What's in it for you?

Money, Becoming a 5-star pizzeria!

Every day, delivering pizzas earns you reputation points, which will allow you to unlock new neighborhoods and equipment. With each delivery, the money you earn will allow you to buy equipment to better face the dangers of the city. Will you reach 5 stars before you get fired?
