Pizza Express launched on June 25, 2015 as a complete restaurant simulation game. In the months following launch, the developer — a one-man studio — was quite active, shipping one major content update (Version 1.06 on October 19, 2015, which added Challenge Mode and online leaderboards) and several feature and bug-fix patches through December 2015. A handful of bug-fix patches followed in 2016, with the last known update being Version 1.11 on December 7, 2016. The final developer communication was an anniversary post on June 22, 2017, mentioning that a mobile version was "in the works" — but nearly nine years have passed since then with no follow-up, and no mobile release or any further Steam update has materialized. That mobile teaser was never fulfilled on Steam and has long since lapsed. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap commitments, and no developer statements about future Steam content. The game shipped as a self-contained experience and its post-launch update activity concluded by late 2016. The store description contains no language suggesting ongoing or future content. The game is complete.
