Potionomics launched on October 17, 2022 as a complete narrative-driven shop simulator. Over the following two years, the developer (Voracious Games) released a series of patches and quality-of-life improvements, culminating in a major free update on October 22, 2024 that added full voice acting for story scenes, new difficulty modes (Cozy and Capitalism), an Endless Mode, Free Love/One Love relationship options, controller support, and five new language localizations. That same day, the paid Boss Finn Content Pack DLC also launched. All three items in the DLC list — the Boss Finn Content Pack, the Original Soundtrack, and the Artbook — are now released with no unreleased entries remaining. Following the October 2024 content push, the developer issued two additional bug-fix patches (October 31, 2024, and January 28, 2026), the latter being the most recent communication on record. No future content has been announced, no roadmap is active, and the developer has made no statements indicating additional updates are planned. The game's store description presents it as a complete experience with no mention of ongoing seasons, expansions, or future content.
