Power Chord

Power Chord launched on January 26, 2023 and received a series of post-launch updates over its first few months. The developer shipped three new playable characters as free additions: Hyde (February 2, 2023), Cleo Caliber (February 23, 2023 — included in build 1.0.5), Nix (March 16, 2023 — the Distorted Update), and Wither Obscuros (May 17, 2023 — build 1.0.7). These updates also included new gameplay systems (Chronal Distortion difficulty levels), balance passes, and quality-of-life improvements. The final update in the news record is a bug fix patch on June 1, 2023 (build 1.0.8), which fixed a minor issue with Wither's card unlock. There have been no developer communications of any kind since June 1, 2023 — now over three years ago. No future content was announced after the Wither release, no roadmap or season pass exists, and there are no unreleased DLC items listed on the store.
