Evaluation
Promenade launched on February 23, 2024 as a complete, self-contained platformer adventure. Following launch, Holy Cap released a series of patches addressing bugs and gameplay tweaks through March and April 2024, and later added Chinese and Japanese localizations in January 2025. These updates are purely maintenance and quality-of-life improvements — no new worlds, story content, or expansion content has been released or announced.
The most telling signal comes from an October 9, 2024 developer post in which Holy Cap explicitly described Promenade as a finished chapter and announced they are now working on future games — not additional content for Promenade. The studio launched a crowdfunding campaign to support development of their next project and offered Promenade merchandise, framing the message as a farewell to the Promenade community. This is a clear developer statement that their focus has moved on.
There is no DLC listed, no roadmap for additional content, no season pass, and no announced expansions. The game shipped as a finished product and has received only maintenance updates since launch.
Evidence
Developer post explicitly states Promenade is complete and the studio is now focused on future projects, not additional Promenade content. A crowdfunding campaign was launched to fund their next game.
Patch V1.1.0 adds Chinese and Japanese localizations and visual improvements — maintenance and localization work, no new gameplay content.

About this game
In Promenade you have to collect golden cogs to fix the great elevator and unlock new worlds.
To do so, you can engage with a bunch of diverse activities, like puzzles, races, cute NPCs, and many secrets scattered everywhere by using a dynamic moveset.
Whether you like puzzles that require lateral thinking, technical platforming, or just wandering around, there's always something interesting awaiting for you around the corner.
Use object's properties to your advantage : double jump by throwing an object down, glide when holding a chicken, run at insane speed with the rocket and a lot more to experiment !

And since you only need to collect some of the cogs to progress, you can follow your instinct and only engage with what interests you the most.
Will it be platforming challenges ? Interacting with colorful characters ? Or facing the bosses that dwell in dungeons ?
Wether you're a completionist, a cozy gamer, a speedrunner or a collectathon lover, you'll find your way to finish the game the way you like !
