Evaluation
Psionic Awake launched into Early Access on May 5, 2023 and received frequent updates throughout its EA period. On April 11, 2025, the developer officially released version 1.0, bringing a new character ("Dian Mama" / the Electric Queen), new weapons, new treasures, randomized map options, and balance changes. A follow-up patch (v1.02) arrived on April 14, 2025.
The store description — written by the developer and still live — directly states: "We currently has four beautiful girl; they can use both magic and physical way to fight. We will add more waifu in the future!" This is an explicit developer commitment to adding more playable characters beyond the current four. The last developer communication was April 14, 2025. Although there have been no further posts since that date, the store description continues to advertise future content additions, and no developer statement has retracted or superseded this commitment.
