Evaluation

Psycho Starship Rampage launched on September 28, 2015. Prior to launch, on September 23, 2015, the developer (Ballistic Frogs) stated they would not abandon the game after release and that players could expect free updates — though they were clear they couldn't promise specific timing or scope. Following launch, they delivered a handful of patches through early 2016, adding features like Steam leaderboards (October 26, 2015), new boss patterns (October 5, 2015), Steam Cloud support, and a new boss background music track (February 7, 2016). That February 7, 2016 patch is the last recorded developer communication. No further updates, announcements, roadmaps, or DLC have been released since then. There is no unreleased DLC on the store, no ongoing content cycle, and no developer statement pointing to future plans. The game shipped as a complete product and received a modest post-launch patch run that has since concluded.
Evidence
Patch 1.0.11 added a new boss background music track. This is the last recorded developer communication.
