Race The Sun

Race The Sun launched on December 9, 2013 and received active post-launch development for several years. Major milestones included a significant content update in February 2015 (version 1.44, adding the Labyrintha mode), the Sunrise DLC on July 27, 2015 (a paid "zen mode" expansion), and a final feature patch on January 31, 2017 (version 1.50, adding new daily portal worlds, engine upgrades, and leaderboard fixes). Since that January 2017 update, there have been no further feature patches, content updates, or developer communications about Race The Sun itself. Both DLC items released on July 27, 2015 are fully shipped, and no unreleased DLC exists on the store. Since at least 2021, Flippfly's communications on this game's Steam page have been entirely focused on promoting their next game, Whisker Squadron: Survivor, with no mention of further Race The Sun content. The game launched as a complete experience and its post-launch update cycle concluded by early 2017.
