Radiation Island launched on November 29, 2016 as a complete survival adventure game with no post-launch content cycle. The developer has never announced DLC, expansions, or a roadmap for additional content. The store description presents the game as a finished product with no mention of planned additions. The developer's post-launch activity has been purely maintenance-focused: a graphics and achievement fix shortly after launch in December 2016, then a long period of silence followed by a platform compatibility update on December 31, 2022 (porting the PC version to match another platform and adding Steam Deck controller support), and a save-file bug fix on January 3, 2023. None of these updates introduced new content — they are housekeeping patches to keep the game functional. The last developer communication was on January 3, 2023, and there have been no posts since. Given that the game has never had a content update pattern and was released as a complete package, this silence simply reflects that the game is finished.
