Red Risk launched on March 4, 2016 as a complete wave-survival game with co-op multiplayer. Post-launch activity was limited to two minor connection-related bug fixes in March and May 2016. The only DLC ever released was a soundtrack on launch day — no additional gameplay content was ever added. The most recent developer news post, from September 28, 2021, is not a Red Risk update at all — it's a promotional post pointing players to the studio's newer game, C-4. There has been no Red Risk-specific developer communication since May 2, 2016. The game shipped as a finished product, received brief early maintenance, and has had no content additions or announcements in over a decade. It is effectively complete as originally released.
