Running Dead launched on March 3, 2017. In the weeks following launch, the developer was active — shipping a gameplay patch on March 4, a feature update on March 5, and a more substantial patch on March 12, 2017 that added the ability to buy zombies mid-battle. A final bug fix was posted on October 27, 2017, addressing an enemy-spawning issue. That is the last recorded developer communication. No updates, announcements, roadmaps, or new content have been posted since October 27, 2017. The store description presents a fixed set of content (6 zombie types, 9 humans, 10 items, 14 abilities) with no mention of upcoming additions. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced future content, and no developer statements about ongoing development. The game appears to have launched as a complete, self-contained product and received only early post-launch maintenance before going quiet.

Running Dead is a puzzle & shot game. You will control zombies. Chase and bite the human.
Your little zombies will bounce back in the crowd, you can strike all of them by one shot.
But it's not easy for you, because there are so many people, if you keep them too close, you'll be killed.
Fortunately, you have Dr.Dead.
You can buy and active some powerful skills: some specific zombies or Infectious virus, or more powerful items.
Now we have:
- 6 different zombies
- 13 zombie skins from achievement
- 9 humans(or not)
- 10 items in game
- 14 powerful ability from Dr.Dead
- For English and Simplified Chinese
