Saints Row launched on Steam on August 24, 2023, bringing with it a substantial package that included improvements made over the prior year, two free district expansions, three story expansions (via the Expansion Pass), and numerous cosmetic packs. All of this content was the result of work done since the game's original console/Epic release in August 2022.
The developer explicitly closed the book on post-launch content in a news post on October 10, 2023, which accompanied the release of the free Hexy Halloween Cosmetic Pack. The post stated: "What a way to close out the planned roadmap for Saints Row. All content is now out there for you to play with." This is an unambiguous developer statement that the roadmap is complete and no further content is planned.
The full DLC list confirms this — all 15 DLC items are marked as released, with the final one (the Hexy Halloween Cosmetic Pack) arriving on October 26, 2023. There are no unreleased DLC entries on the store.
