This fulfilled the commitments the developer had made in the post-launch apology. Since the V1.5 update in August 2024, there has been no developer communication specific to Shadow Album — no new patch notes, no new content announcements, and no roadmap for further updates. The posts that appeared in late 2024 and early 2025 (winter sale, Spring Festival event, new year celebration) are publisher-level announcements covering the entire LoveStoryProject catalogue; none of them mention Shadow Album specifically or announce any additional content for it. The game launched with a focused development cycle: one post-launch major update that directly addressed all the feedback the developer had received, followed by silence. The developer's own framing of V1.5 — describing it as the maximum output of "one month of all-nighters" by herself and the artist — reads as the conclusion of the promised update cycle rather than the start of an ongoing content programme.
