Evaluation
Shantae: Half-Genie Hero Ultimate Edition is a bundled complete package that includes the base game along with all previously released DLC, modes, and costumes — including Pirate Queen's Quest, Friends to the End, Ninja Mode, Beach Mode, Officer Mode, and all costume content. The store description explicitly states "This all-inclusive version comes with all of the previously released DLC, Modes, and Costumes," and the short description reinforces this, calling it "the ultimate edition" that comes with "all of the previously released DLC, Modes, and Costumes in one epic collection." This edition launched on May 8, 2018, and no new content has been announced or released for it since. The two developer news posts visible on this store page are about an entirely different WayForward game (Contra: Operation Galuga) and have no bearing on Shantae's content status. There is nothing outstanding or unshipped — this is a complete, all-inclusive release of the game and its content.
Evidence
Store description explicitly states 'This all-inclusive version comes with all of the previously released DLC, Modes, and Costumes,' confirming this is a complete content bundle with nothing outstanding.
