Evaluation
Ship Graveyard Simulator (the original game) launched on November 10, 2021, and received one DLC — the Submarines DLC, which released on May 25, 2022. That is the only DLC listed for this game, and it has shipped.
All developer activity visible in the news feed from late 2023 onward relates entirely to Ship Graveyard Simulator 2 (a separate sequel released in 2023) and Ship Graveyard Simulator 3 (an upcoming title currently in playtest as of April 2026). None of these posts announce new content for the original Ship Graveyard Simulator. The developer has clearly moved on to supporting and expanding the sequel and developing a third installment.
The original game has one released DLC, no unreleased DLC on its store page, no developer announcements of upcoming content for it, and no sustained post-launch update pattern beyond that single DLC. The game launched as a finished product, received one content expansion, and the developer's focus has since shifted entirely to the sequel and next entry in the series. The content for this game was complete as of the Submarines DLC release on May 25, 2022.
Evidence
Submarines DLC released on May 25, 2022 — the only DLC for the original game, and it has shipped.
Playtest launched for Ship Graveyard Simulator 3, built on Unreal Engine 5 — a new entry in the series, not the original game. Developer is focused on the next installment.
